Healthy Foods, Healthy Lives - Cooking for Wellness Fall Webinars

In this NEW Fall cooking series, you will learn how to cook good food, useful cooking tips and recipes intended to help you incorporate more plant-derived food into your dietary pattern. Special focus will be on ways to utilize local & seasonal produce as we demonstrate whole foods cooking.

Kale is not the only "super" green - Swiss chard, collards & spinach all pack a nutritional wallop and when paired with winter root vegetables and other pantry staples you can create full meal dishes that nourish and provide comfort.

When: Tuesday, December 7, 2021, 11:45am - 1:00pm

Each interactive webinar is 1.25 hours long and will include information about basic nutrition, ingredient substitution, cooking techniques, storage, cooking oils and more!

***Recipes and a list of kitchen tools needed to make the dish will be provided before each webinar. You will also receive links to useful resources to guide you on your home cooking journey. Zoom link will be sent prior to session.
