In this NEW Fall cooking series, you will learn how to cook good food, useful cooking tips and recipes intended to help you incorporate more plant-derived food into your dietary pattern. Special focus will be on ways to utilize local & seasonal produce as we demonstrate whole foods cooking.
Fall Comfort Food - Polenta, Beans & Produce
Polenta - a coarse ground cornmeal dish - is incredibly versatile and provides a perfect backdrop for a host of vegetable and bean combinations that are complementary in taste and nutrition.
Learn to use late autumn produce and pantry staples to create two beautiful and tasty vegetable toppings and pairings that are quick and easy to prepare and serve on or with polenta.

Each interactive webinar is 1.25 hours long and will include information about basic nutrition, ingredient substitution, cooking techniques, storage, cooking oils and more!
***Recipes and a list of kitchen tools needed to make the dish will be provided before each webinar. You will also receive links to useful resources to guide you on your home cooking journey. Zoom link will be sent prior to session.
