This grant program seeks projects that clearly incorporate both community and university involvement and leadership at all stages, produce outcomes that are useful to and may lead to positive health impacts for the participating community, and that clearly incorporate rigorous evaluation. Projects that are interdisciplinary and innovative in approach, have a high potential health impact, and include the utilization of new collaborations or new strategies are viewed favorably.

- Invitations to submit full proposals: Wednesday, October 13th, 2021
- Full proposal due: Wednesday, November 17th, 2021
- Awards announced: Friday, December 17th, 2021
- Funding commences (subject to change*): Monday, January 3rd, 2022
- Project end date (subject to change**): Tuesday, January 3rd, 2023
- Final report due: Tuesday, February 14th, 2023
